Robert Williams
Robert Williams (Rob) is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.
He has over seven years of training experience - corporate gyms and as an independent personal trainer.
Rob works well with individuals of all age groups and nationalities. Rob has provided sports specific training and trained at Bally Total
Fitness and LifeTime Fitness. He has also served as a football coach at two high schools in the Chicagoland area, including Whitney
Young High School (WYHS). In addition to being an assistant football coach at Fenton High School, Rob is also the girls' track coach and the
freshman boys' basketball coach.
Rob grew up playing football with the Dolton Bears in Dolton, IL. He played high school football at WYHS as a quarterback,
running back, and defensive back. Rob received an athletic scholarship to Auburn University as a defensive back. He red-shirted at Auburn, and
later transferred to UMass on a scholarship where he was a defensive back. While at UMass, Rob was one of the strongest defensive backs. He
received his BA in Legal Studies from UMass. Rob is also a retired Arena Football League2 athlete.
Rob specializes in sports specific training, weight loss and toning, muscle gain, fitness and endurance training, and Boot Camp classes. He can
