The Michael Lee Simms Basketball Camp is dedicated to the memory of Michael Lee Simms.
The Michael Lee Simms Basketball Camp is a not-for-profit organization offering free
basketball skills training to youth between 10 and 13 years of age.
At the present time, participants of the camp will be chosen from Chicagoland
schools. Our goal is to hold camps twice a year during the summer months when school
is not in session. The camps are designed to teach and help youth learn and improve
upon their basketball skills while learning the importance of self esteem, teamwork,
the value of discipline, and hard work needed for a successful future.
